The W G Carter team takes
a pro-active approach to all its projects,
working closely with clients and consultants
alike, and, not surprisingly, this respect
for the customer and regard for their requirements
has, over the years, resulted in some excellent
working relationships.
From
initial thoughts or ideas, the company can
take a concept right through the stages
of design, gaining planning, building control
and statutory authority approvals, the appointment
of independent contract administrators to
construction on site.
A
director of the company personally oversees
every project undertaken, using the company’s
own directly employed, skilled workforce
along with a team of regularly used specialist
sub-contractors (for Mechanical and Electrical
works, for example).
For
larger projects, a senior estimator and
contracts manager will also become involved
and an experienced foreman, based on site.
The
company is equipped to participate in single
and two stage tendering processes, to handle
fully negotiated contracts or provide budget
costings if required.
