Throughout the company, customer care and client satisfaction are paramount. Crucial to this is an experienced workforce and network of reliable sub-contractors and specialist suppliers.

Many of our employees have been with us for ten years+ and that brings with it vital continuity and stability; clients are always pleased to see faces they recognise and people they respect returning to work on successive projects.

The company also has an active training and development programme for all staff and apprentices and has, for a number of years now, offered youngsters a vital opportunity to start a career in a variety of building-related trades. High standards and personal commitment have produced award winners amongst these apprentices. W G Carter Limited is a member of the Oxfordshire Construction Training Group steering committee which aims to ensure adequate training for the future within the Construction Industry.

The company currently employs 54  staff covering management and all specialist construction trades.

5 apprentices have been appointed in 2017, to date, and will be training for the trades of decorating, carpentry and bricklaying.  Both male and female, they range in age from 17 to 35.  We wish them every success in their appointed trades.
