The company also has an active training programme for apprentices and has, for a number of years now, offered youngsters a vital opportunity to start a career in a variety of building-related trades. High standards and personal commitment have produced award winners amongst these apprentices. W G Carter Limited is a member of the Oxfordshire Construction Training Group steering committee which aims to ensure adequate training for the future within the Construction Industry.
