Carter
Construction has been involved in on-going
works on several country estates locally.
For the client, the benefits of engaging
our services more than once include, not
only knowing that they can be confident
that they will end up with a finished
product that meets their expectations,
but also having familiar faces to carry
out and manage the work.
Country
Estate A
We
began by refurbishing a small tennis pavilion
and were asked back to carry out numerous
other projects including the external
refurbishment of the stable block, building
a new office development, refurbishing
the chapel and various farm buildings
and installing new infrastructure to serve
the entire estate.
Country
Estate B
Five
different cottages have now been refurbished
on this estate including the replacement
of windows and internal joinery, installing
new external insulated timber and timber
trellis cladding, installing new windows
in the roof, redecorating internally and
externally, replacing kitchens and bathrooms
and laying new floor finishings.
Country
Estate C
As
well as building a new accommodation block
here and refurbishing the main hall (see
New build commercial
and Specialist
refurbishment) we have, over the course
of a number of years, also been involved
refurbishing the first floor of the Jacobean
Wing to form a self-contained flat and
improving the Shop area of the associated
garden centre.
