Some of our most stunning projects are barn conversions, where we renovate and restore the original run down buildings from their former agricultural use to begin a new life as a home. Working with specifiers we retain many of the original features and materials, working them in with modern day techniques and components to create homes for todays lifestyles. Our craftsmen lovingly tend to the renovation of walls or beams from the past in order to retain their characteristics but carefully adding new elements in order to enable them to showcase outstanding design and making them come to life once more.

Barn conversions often entail extensions to make the original footprint bigger as well as the conversion of outbuildings into gyms, pools, party rooms and garages. Some extensions and outbuildings are very modern with lots of glazed walls and roofs to take in the best of the view, whilst others are more in line with the style of the original barn.

Our barn conversions incorporate modern kitchens and bathrooms, along with the latest in lighting and security technology. Feature staircases, large floor to roof height windows, open plan entrances all contribute to taking an old building and helping it to become a beautiful modern family home.
