Although we are well known for our renovation of old houses, WG Carter also has a good reputation for constructing traditional new build homes of all types. From new build farmhouses in the countryside to stunning contemporary new builds and new traditional town houses to large village homes, we have many examples of traditional new builds that have delighted the client and their specifications.

A traditional new build house is often a client’s dream house, with the room layout and features chosen being the result of many years living in houses designed by others. A traditional new build house enables the client to have everything they want of a new home, from the kitchen with its island unit flowing into a dining area that looks over the garden to the large bathrooms with walk in showers and stand alone baths to the statement staircase and entrance hall that give a first impression that really counts.

WG Carter works with architects and interior designers to bring their plans and designs to life. Our craftsmen, tradespeople and site managers work as a team to deliver all our projects on time and to budget with traditional new build projects often being more straightforward than renovation projects!
